This year Level Peaks will be aiming to complete a total of 1000km over 20 days in aid of Walking With the Wounded and the Walking Home for Christmas Challenge.
This is a great cause in aid of Veterans and their families that have had their lives adversely affected during their service within the Military.
As part of this challenge, one team member is completing the planned 400km Grenadier Walk of Oman solo in 20 days or less, due to the actual event being postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Another team member is an injured veteran, who will be completing the challenge supported by his loyal dog.
Level Peaks is hugely invested in supporting the veteran community and we take great pride in knowing the money raised is going to help in some cases, our former friends and colleagues. As a veteran owned company with many former service personnel working for us, supporting the ongoing fight against mental and physical health issues is a subject very close to our hearts.
