3CDSE 2019

The UK’s foremost defence and security expo took place at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, with Level Peaks Associates as lead sponsor.

This year’s show was the most advanced yet, featuring live Pepperball, SAN breaching and tethered UAV demos, international pioneers such as Wilcox and Arnold Defence, and new communications agency Blacklight impressing exhibitors and attendees alike.

With an LPA expert at the controls, the SAN breaching system showcased how lightweight, highly mobile one-man breaching systems can gain fast, precise access to a range of tough and secure doors and windows.

Broadcasting from the LPA/Wired Broadcast Airstream, the UAV team showed off their latest wireless transmission capabilities, including encoding and low bit rate FMV transmissions from a single tethered UAV. The footage was streamed live to the LPA stand in the Exhibition hall.

Pepperball took centre stage, giving visitors and exhibitors the chance to get hands on with this genuinely compelling alternative to Taser for less-than-lethal conflict resolution and crowd control.

And the newest LPA recruit, Blacklight, debuted at the show. Already gaining plaudits for their transformation of LPA’s website and brand presence, this new kind of communciations agency attracted plenty of attention at the show, thanks to impressive stand designs for LPA, C2R and their own Blacklight stand.

Level Peaks Associates Mark Smith Managing Director:

‘For LPA, this year’s 3CDSE show was the most important yet; a chance to showcase Level Peaks’ world-class OEMs, our unique experience-led system capabilities, and the opportunity to meet and build lasting relationships with like-minded, leading edge pioneers.

I see 3CDSE continuing to develop into the ‘must attend’ event in UK for Defence & Security SMEs.’
