In all cases you should email Level Peaks Associates at info@levelpeaks.com prior to making a return to explain why you would like to return an item.
Items should be returned together with a copy of the original invoice or a note quoting the Order/Invoice number an a brief note to explain the return.
Whenever possible, items should be returned with their original undamaged packaging.
We recommend that goods are returned by registered post. If goods are not sent by registered post, we cannot be held responsible if they do not reach us.
Please ensure that returned goods are well packed to prevent damage.
Some goods are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty and you are requested to comply with the manufacturers’ directions pertaining to them. These items will be returned to the manufacturer and may incur an additional waiting period.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Level Peaks Associates, with the exception of when an item received by a customer is damaged, defective or incorrect. In this case, the cost of returning the goods by Royal Mail First Class ‘Signed For’ will be refunded by Level Peaks Associates.
*For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earpieces, mouthpieces, underwear or boots.
