Every item is 100% manufactured in the USA  to the very highest standards of design, finish and materials. This means that global distribution is very difficult for the company to manage from the New York Facility, often resulting in slow delivery's to the retail market.

While Level Peaks Associates hold an amount of stock here in the UK not every size is held at all times, stocking orders are frequently arriving and being dispatched as quickly as possible and we try very hard to get the items to you as quickly as possible (Sometimes we may have an alternative item in stock which you might prefer rather than wait for extended periods).

Ordering specific items from start to finish typically takes from 6-8 weeks, but this is only a guide and can take far less or a little more time. At all stages we endevour to keep our customers up to date via regular emails but this sometimes fails to happen.

Your custom is important to us and as you know the type of clothing and equipment supplied by Level Peaks Associates is simply the best in the world and as a result can be hard to deliver quickly. 90% of orders are dispatched within 48hrs of the order being placed.

Our website allows the purchase of some items that are not currently in stock as many items have special dispatch requirements, others need additional paperwork to be completed before dispatch can take place. At this time our system cannot discern between the different additional ordering requirements so we allow the purchase of any item.

Many items are unusual sizes and length combinations - we stock regular sized items and many of the irregular sizes too but sometimes we just don't have it in stock when you order. Items are constantly arriving, either for restocking or special orders so the item may be available in the very near future.

If the item has to be ordered we will make you aware of the delay and if this is not satisfactory we can either offer an alternative item that can be dispatched quickly or a complete refund as quickly as possible and we can then let you know when the item arrives.

While we do try and do everything we can to help our customers it is very easy to use the online ordering system. Items are categorised in multiple ways and there is also a powerful search function to help you find just the right item. Level Peaks, do not, as standard offer a military discount. The items we sell are already priced very competitvly, especially items from Crye Precision. We appreciate they are expensive and we try to keep the cost as low as we can, after the cost of manufacture (In the USA with US materials), import taxes, delivery and storage etc. we simply can't sell the best products in the world any cheaper than we already are.

If you are currently deployed outside the EU Zone then all items are VAT Free, this will be calculated by the shopping cart based on your delivery address. For more information please read the details HERE.

Yes, we do keep a large selection of Crye Precision products in stock and ready to be dispatched within 24hours of placing an order. These are based on previous sales and are popular sizes, colours and lengths. Sometimes your sizes are not in the range which we normally carry, in this event we will contact you and let you know. Some Crye Precision Items can take up to 8 weeks to arrive but we will keep you informed.

We already have the options on the website for you to purchase. Please be aware that the AC (Gen 2) items are also still in stock and will remain so for about a year or so. AC are by no means inferior but are certainly a different cut, but with some great added features.

Yes, we do act as a reseller for some of our lines but not all. This is due to the margins being to small for you. On items we can ensure a good margin we will distribute, if there is an agreement to do so with the brands in place.

Level Peaks Associates manufacture the technical windproof smock to our own design. If you would like a modified version we would go through the common clothing manufacture steps to create your version, however the minimum number of smocks you must order for this service is between 50 and 100 items, it is not possible to produce a single custom item.

Unfortunately any ITAR (International Traffic In Arms Regulation) controlled products need the purchaser to provide Level Peaks Associates with the following items;

1. A copy of your military ID card
2. An end user certificate signed by your CO
3. We need a statement of intended use and purpose?

Level Peaks Associates supply Crye Precision combat pants and other clothing in the MultiCam Pattern. This is the main pattern for a number of military units both foreign and domestic, including the US Military.

The UK equivalent is the MTP camouflage pattern which is currently being issued to UK troops. The only clothing produced in MTP is British Army standard issue clothing – you can’t, as an individual actually purchase anything in MTP. However the difference between the British MTP and MultiCam is negligible and lots of British soldiers buy kit from us in MultiCam to wear when deployed overseas.

Please ensure you have checked the product in the shop, all Crye Precision products have a sizing guides. Other products have sizing available on their own brand websites (Visit the Manufacturers page for a link to their website). While we are working to have complete size guides for every product it can sometimes be hard to determine which size to order - especially if you are deploying. Most items have some room for adjustment particularly combat trousers.
