All enquiries will be initially quoted including delivery costs and import duties as soon as possible. Usually inquiries are responded to within 48hrs of the initial request.
Delivery times will vary dependent on the items ordered, as not all items are held in stock. If this is the case, Level Peaks Associates will endeavour to advise of the lead time as soon as possible. Items will be ordered by Level Peaks Associates from the relevant suppliers as soon as possible, usually within 48hrs. This may occasionally result in some items not being dispatched until they have been manufactured by the supplier, you will be informed if this is the case promtly.
