Level Peaks Associates WILL make checks it deems necessary to ensure UK Laws are not contravened. Products containing a blade or Police marked items will not be dispatched until proof of age or occupation have been gathered.
Level Peaks Associates can accept no responsibility for any loss due to seizure of goods by authorities.
Weapon sights are not regarded as part of a firearm as directed by The Firearms Act 1968 and therefore there is no restriction in their supply.
Restrictions on the sale of items with ballistic properties may apply to some items. Level Peaks Associates is a UK Company and as such observes the export license demands of Her Majesty’s Government. Obtaining an export license can take time, the Company understands these procedures and will request the Buyer to provide specific documentation such as an End User Certificate in order to process the application as quickly as possible.
